Founded in 2018 by two visionary female students, Machine Mavericks has thrived over the past six years, evolving into a dynamic community of high school students and volunteer mentors.
This year we have moved into the new STEM Hub at BGC South East's Bath Road location in Kingston, Ontario. Our team is dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity. ​
As a competitive team we embrace the FIRST Robotics Challenge by collaborating with our mentors to design solutions that are both innovative and reliable.
​ With a focus on teamwork and professional development, we aim to prepare our participants for future careers while building a supportive, inclusive environment for everyone.

Through hands-on instruction and continuous problem-solving, they help us overcome obstacles and develop critical thinking skills. We deeply appreciate their dedication, the countless hours they volunteer, and the invaluable real-world experience we gain under their mentorship.
FRC is a mentor-based program where experienced professionals guide us in gaining real-world skills. Our mentors bring a wealth of knowledge and collaborate with us to solve the unique challenges presented each year.
